Do your homework!! I had hesitations immediately but thought it would get better if I toughed it out but no such luck. I'll always regret not transferring ASAP because once you wait it's too difficult to transfer credits and you waste your college experience with a bunch of weirdos. The students are very nice and friendly but are either one or more of the following: very baptist/ evangelical, come from a smaller private christian school, are from a small town, were homeschooled, are strange and/ or socially awkward, received an athletic scholarship, are a preacher's kid, or enrolled and hoped to transfer/ did transfer. There is no middle ground here either you fit one of the above criteria or you're miserable and want to transfer. Don't listen to your advisor either because they'll dissuade you from transferring, just start the process as soon as you realise this is not the school for you.
