I cannot say enough good things about Reed College. It is a unique environment, where academic excellence is highly valued. Because students do not see their grades unless the request them, there is no competition. Professors are equally challenging and supportive.Reed is not for everyone, however. It can be a lonely place, especially when it has been raining for weeks on end. It is an intense place, and I would strongly urge anyone considering attending to visit. The campus has a "vibe" that can't be picked up on in the "prospie" literature. I loved Reed and will always be a Reedie!
