I attended a State University in California for 2 1/2 years before attending Bob Jones University. Compared to Bob Jones University the course work at the California University was rather easy. In addition, the instructors and professors at the California University took little or no interest in your success in your studies or in your life in general. However, the faculty and staff at Bob Jones University went out of their way to help you succeed in every aspect of your life.

Bob Jones University is a conservative Christian University. They expect the students of conform to the University's standards and make no attempt to accomodate the different standards or desires of students who attend. Therefore, if you believe the school should accomodate your opinion or you are not a consevative Christian, you do not want to even consider this school
