Major: Public Policy (This Major's Salary over time)
As an out of state student, the University of Charleston was not my first pick. After spending the last three years here, however, I cannot imagine being anywhere else. The professors are extremely supportive and will go entirely out of their way to make sure you succeed. The President of the University has an open door policy and is accessible whenever you have a problem. The same goes for most of the faculty, staff, and administrators at the University, particularly the Dean of Students. She goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible for every student. Charleston is a very unique city and offers several events to partake in during the day and night. The organizations on campus are also very active and put on events almost every night of the week.
