I am really tired of reading all the negative reviews of Ferris. When I graduated in 1988 the CPA firm I went to work for hired me and an MSU graduate. I ran circles around the MSU graduate! I also passed all four parts of the CPA exam the very first time I sat for it. You will get out of Ferris what you put into it. What I read between the lines in the negative reviews is people want something handed to them all the while having to perform only the minimal amount of work. The housing may be crappy but it keeps you dry and warm who cares how spacious it is. The food may not be home cooking but I have never heard of anyone dying of malnutrition from eating at Ferris. The main point that Ferris should be evaluated on is the integrity and quality of it's educational programs. Not many negative comments on that subject.
