The food was horrible! You were better off bringing a bagged lunch. Only trust sandwiches there if you have no choice. Minorities are the majority, so be warned if you are the majority or bi-racial. The only people that go to this school are people from the surrounding towns: Bayonne, Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken, Kearny, Nutley, etc. Everyone seems to know each other because they don't live too far away, making a huge barrier for anyone who isn't from nearby.

Commuters have to pay $2 every time they entered the parking lot, $3 if you wanted the garage, so forget about going out to lunch.

This school should be called a "communiversity" because 95% of the students commute. They take their classes and go home, so don't expect to make many friends there. The school is located right next to the ghetto and I guess doesn't expect anyone from anywhere else to go there. I had to take a course designed for people who have never touched a computer in their entire lives! If you do not live within the Jersey City/Newark area, do not go here! However, they do seem to have an excellent communications program, and alot of education majors. So if you are willing to sacrifice your social life for the sake of education, then go here, and I pity you.

Oh, one other thing, don't dorm there! No one really does.
