Having Cornell on yourCommunications
Having Cornell on your resume is an ace in the hole. It gets your foot in the door everywhere. Of course, it will be up to you to make it once you're through the door, but that Cornell work ethic will pull you through to success!

Question
Administratively, the college is in dire straits.AverageOther
Administratively, the college is in dire straits. The school lives paycheck to paycheck and has sullied its reputation by paying bills consistently late. At its highest levels, pervasive paranoia burbles down from the office of the President and the office of her husband, the Dean of Admissions.

The college's highest administration works in Mohan Hall, a white stately house across the street from the main campus - commonly referred to on campus as "the White House" as the president's office is found here. This paranoia is best exemplified by a very common saying among faculty and staff - "the closer you are to the White House, the closer you are to the door," a tribute to the extremely high turnover rate of administration due to the president's mismanagement, paranoid beleifs and fits of emotional outbursts - another tell-tale sign of health. Another saying is when the president has decided you are "in the barrel" you are as good as fired.

There has been continued distrust between faculty and the president's office for a number of years. In short, an unwise investment for either matriculation or employment.

Under the present president's guidance, the college has steadily sank and its prospects for survival over the next 5-10 years is not good, despite outward numbers of "record enrollment." These numbers (over 2,100 strong) include all enrollment - part time, graduate, occasional course-takers and the like. The true measure of a college's health is its on-campus full-time residency, and the numbers in this area are extremely discouraging. Indeed, one can argue that AMC itself is "in the barrel."

Question
To be honest don't expect to have aEducation
To be honest don't expect to have a top notch job straight out of college. Another thing is you may or may not find a job in your field.I was privileges to find a job in the fall right after I graduated. While you are in college start sending out your resume especially around your junior year, this was helpful to me because I came back for my senior year and had many offers. Work hard in what ever major you are in. Good Luck as you begin to endeavor on your future career plans. God has some beautoful in store for you. All you have to do is allow him to guide and lead you. Use Phillians 4:13 as your anchor. if you relyon God for your strength then everything will fall on place. Blessings on you as you soon embark on your life career, whatever that may be.
