Southwestern College

As an online student, this school has mostly been difficult to work with when it comes to tuition and methods of payment. You would think that any school would be more than helpful in this area. (got in an argument with a staff member about their enrollment spiderweb and felt like I was being played with and marganalized) The actual tuition is lower than most for private schools and they also have a military discount. I have talked to my assigned counselor once at the initial enrollment acceptance and that is about it. The instructors are either very good or not so great with a little bit of one sidedness to grading papers or posts. The instructors have been about 50/50 so far. As compared to other schools, they have the exact program I was looking for, so that is my plus for the school. Overall, I think it is a good school with a good curriculum, but I would not go if they do not have the exact program sought after.

I am attending the professional studies campus at Southwestern College. Honestly, do your research when picking this school. Their tuition increases consistently, however professional studies student do not benefit from their tuition increases. There is a major communication gap between the students and administrative staff as well.The staff members have a very very very poor attitude and very rarely do something for you that is right the first time?. move on and pick a better school to invest your education, time, and money in.
