| Quite Bright | Do yourself a favor, call a local major college and ask if they will accept Granthams credits before taking classes with them. They are nothing but a business trying to make money, they are listed on the ripoff report as well. The only time you can get ahold of someone is when it's time to sign up for more courses or enroll originally, other than that you are on your own. The course work is all open book, therefore providing no educational value at all. Stay away from this place at all costs, Granthams degree is garbage to an employer. | Friendliness: B-, Education Quality: F | | | |

My experience at Spartan was that the staff was experienced and knowledgeable and was able to answer most or all of my questions. Lazy students could still get by but the training was available to those students who had the strong desire to learn and I was one of those who wanted to get the most training I could. The most positive comment I can give is that I was productive the very first day of my first job out of school. This was very noticeable of all my supervisors. | Starting Job: Bench Tech, Preparedness: A+, Reputation: B

While initial lower level classes are based upon multiple choice test booklets, the curriculum (I can only speak for the Engineering Dept.) becomes quite challenging as you move through the program. There is no such thing as multiple choice Calculus. Signals and Systems, and Control Systems do have some multiple choice test questions, but I dare anyone to attempt a guess on a fourier analysis, or Controls design question without working the problems. It simply cannot be done. You will work for your grade, and in doing so, feel the appropriate level of pride when you succeed.
If you do not have the self discipline to focus on the course work, and fully utilize the faculty and outside resources to gain a full understanding of the subject matter, you will not fare well. Degree mill??? No.
I researched the classes and texts used, and they are comparable or identical to those at several highly respected regionally accredited engineering institutions.
As far as landing a dream job goes, you will certainly not be treated as an Ivy League graduate, but I am a seasoned technician with a desire to move beyond the nuts and bolts of my job, and in doing so receive the appropriate salary. Grantham is ideal for my needs.
I am currently enrolled in my last class, and should graduate next month. Grantham has provided me with a challenging and fulfilling learning environment that has prepared me to move forward in my career field. I am in the military stationed overseas. If I were stationed in the States, I would have attended a regionally accredited school. That was not an option for me, but I certainly have no regrets. | Education Quality: A, Campus Aesthetics: B

The best ONLINE School in the Nation. Forget the negative quote posted by the computer science major, I have been accepted
by all 5 regional schools that I have applied to in their graduate programs. Accepted by all employers and much more challenging then classroom. Grantham kicks Butt. | Education Quality: A+, Extracurricular Activities: B-
