Wonderful College.I was initially skeptical as I chose Babson only because they offered me a higher scholarship than MSU and Krannert did and coz it was located in Boston. However the skills I am developing in my MBA is by far the best.They are definitely innovative in their teaching methods. It is not the regular degree you expect from a MBA, they train you for way more through their challenging & creative curriculum. The faculty is amazing.Every school has a certain few bad ones but I have been lucky to be in a section with great professors. Even though it hasn't been long and I am still in my 1st yr MBA,the experience so far has definitely been A+ grade in all sense. International students(61%) all with an average 7-8years of work ex contribute a lot during class discussions. Babson tries to stay competitive in the entrepreneurial process of teaching and match the expected #1 every year. It is a very hectic course and you can't easily score. The only negative point is that, not many know about this school and you have to keep telling them where you come from.This is a concern while looking for a job.Located 20 mins away from Boston, location definitely is not the best especially if you don't have a vehicle during the summer. However, they do provide shuttle services to Boston & malls during weekends to take care of daily needs. Most here are rich and can afford the high costs.If you can afford it or if they grant you a good schol, this is a college you should definitely get in. Babson alums are not only street smart but also highly collaborative. Since most students/faculty come from a business background, you can network/ learn a lot & there is very less competition between students in terms of grading.A place to be if knowledge,networking and a wonderful experience is what you are looking for !
