It's a community college. Not the greatest education, but it's affordable. Computer Science program is a bit of a joke due to a revolving door of adjunct professors and math professors being forced to teach programming classes. Unless you go to WSU Rochester for your bachelors, your CompSci classes won't really transfer out well and honestly I'm okay with that because they don't really teach you well. One of the adjuncts, Charles Brust, is pretty awful and I'd advise anyone to avoid taking his classes. The others have been fine, but not great.

“It was very clearBrightNursing
It was very clear from the start that this college did not want visiting students. I was made to feel unwelcome from the beginning. The class itself was hard and the professor no help at all.

“RCTC has a good art & design department,Quite BrightArt & Design Department
RCTC has a good art & design department, despite the lack of funding, though the school itself has many problems; the school has four building sections that leak water (which are planned to be rebuilt) and prioritizes its sports and nursing departments above even updating the printers (which students and faculty celebrate when are working). This school, contrary to the opinion of some Minnesotans, is extremely expensive in comparison to other colleges and universities in the country.
