Office Staff is helpful and prompt; they know their stuff and can answer your questions rather than transferring you from dept to dept. Support staff (advisors, counselors, etc.) is helpful. Tutoring dept could use some new staff and a different structure. Always see multiple janitors cleaning. Security is always walking around campus and the parking lot. Parking lot is good size and getting bigger. Close to transit. Offers a variety of courses and course times to choose from. Course challenge and content are what I expected from a 2 year institution-an intermediate level learning experience-more general/literal not conceptual (what you know not what you feel) Fitness center equipment leaves something to be desired.

I am in the Associate of Arts program and my teachers are all very good. They work hard to be available and help you out. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a good community college. The course work was very easy but still engaging, except the math and science courses were decently challenging. The students are from a wide variety of backgrounds and levels of intelligence. Most have families and or jobs and so there is not much community engagement despite the college working hard to change that. It was for me what I missed in high school and now feel prepared for a transfer for a 4-year school that is more rigorous.

St. Paul Tech. is a very good school. My instructors were awesome! I am very happy with the education I received there. The medical technology program is rigorous, but also alot of fun. I have worked with many technicians from other institutions who received half the education I received and they paid almost 4 times as much as I did. If you have a limited budget, but want a quality education. St. Paul Tech delivers. I recommend it without reservation.
