St Andrews University

I have been in this place for only three days and I can't stop crying. This place is terrible! They charge you 35,000 per year and the Institution is falling apart! Restrooms, dormrooms, hallways, classrooms, outside areas, seem to scream for a renovation. I spent three hours trying to clean my dormroom when I got on campus and it ended up in the same way I found it because it is impossible to do so! Every time I look at the AC seems like something is going to come out of it. You can see al the rust when stepping in restrooms and showers. I get scared just by using the bathroom.

When my boyfriend and I were looking for the Health and Wellness Center, we saw a mouse, yes a LIVE MOUSE, in their trashcan!!!

I do not understand why they charge the students a so high price if the University is terrible. The least they could do would be keep maintanance, and everything updated.

Just by stepping into any building you can smell the mold.
If you have the choice of getting somewhere else, DO IT! People in here are going to look at you like you come from out of space. And if you try to talk to them, they are going to be rude and kick you out of their circle.

The staff and teachers are very polite and friendly, they really do their best to help you and make sure everything is ok. But if you really do not want to feel completely disappointed, like you want to grab all your stuff and leave when everybody is sleeping, go somewhere else. Do not waist your money in here. Mainly being an International Student.

1st Year Female -- Class 2019

After i signed to st andrews they failed to tell me that the school was in trouble, so when i got here we had accredidation issues that basically put our school in a a slump. not to mention it was already in the slumps when i got here. all of the coaches and teachers are great sales men and they will do anything to get more students. i will not be suprised if the school shuts down in the next couple of years. the only good thing about this school at first was partying just because thats the only thing you can do is get wasted. After a while though it gets boring because your always drinking with the same people and there annoying as hell. if you want to come out of college with a good job and not in alot of debt i suggest you choose a different school. Oh, and if you dont want to be living with black mold in your room, roaches, and lots of bugs then i suggest you move as well. This schooll was the worst decision i have ever made in my life and i hope they do shut down so no one has to go through this horrible college experience with nothing to do.

2nd Year Female -- Class 2014

Faculty Accessibility: B-, Education Quality: F

This school is horrible, honestly we dont have any teams no more. the womens lacrosse team GONE, mens Lacrosse team GONE. no volleyball team or softball. we do not have any credentials your payin 35,000 a year but this school has no money becasue they spend it all on horses and expect everyone to be okay with that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE IF YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR EDUCATION
