The professors have been shoddy, and their courses are un-engaging and boring. Courses are sloppy, and professors are often simply unwilling to be helpful, courteous, or answer questions. They often have no idea what they're talking about, and if there is a complaint about a teacher, you had better believed that it is handled with favoritism by the Dean - against the student.

English was my calculus teacher's second language. She was extremely difficult to understand and my classmates and I frequently corrected her on the problems she was working out on the board. Her knowledge of calculus was weak to say the least.

Every Qtr gets worse. I am sitting on the phone waiting for an advisor. I have been passed around so much over the last week, it is just unacceptable. The staff in different offices such as student accounts and VA or advisors do not share accurate information or advise. The wheels keep spinning and spinning. Hold times estimate 4-6 minutes and I am ALWAYS on the phone at least 15 minutes before connecting with someone, only to be transferred. For instance, I have been on my current call for 23 minutes... still holding! Geez...
