Bob Jones University

I always find it interesting to read comments from others concerning the University. There are truly many miserable people out there seemingly willing to blame the University for ruining them. For me, I felt the University taught me to think. Sure there are rules. Tell me where in life there are none! Honestly, obeying any particular rule warped me not the least. Did I always agree? Certainly not but then again I don't particularly agree with all the speed limit RULES out there either...but I still abide by them. Concerning the education, I found myself within 5 years as a Controller of a multinational company, dealing with Graduate Students from Harvard. I will tell you this...I was able to stand toe-to-toe with them regarding Finance and Accounting issues with little difficulty. This was much to my surprise and theirs too! The school also taught me how to stand up for proper things...even when I worked with felons now going to jail for their participation in wrong-doings at Arthur Andersen and Enron....yes, I was there. The fact is, college is there to help you to grow up and think. Bob Jones University did it well. A fact for which I am thankful.

The media is ignorant about BJU. BJU is a place you need
to go as a student to know what it is all about. Most college students need direction whether they are willing to admit it or not. BJU will give you an excellent education with faculty you can understand and speak excellent english. Having students from all almost every state and other countries make it even more educational to learn from others. Have a GREAT attitude and do your homework and get active in activites on campus and you will have a great time. The campus is very safe. The ones

that go here and don't like it have a bad attitude and who
wants to marry someone like that. If you can make it four years here with the discipline that is required, you can make it in the outside business world or if God calls you

working easily in Christian work. Bob Jones and faculty have kids that have messed up too if you are worried you aren't perfect enough or they expect you to be perfect. If you are sick and tired of living an ungodly life and want to change your life for the good and get an excellent

education with a really nice faculty and really nice
student body....go here. Hey...even the Saturday NightLive guy that wrote a book liked it....really!
