When I started in August 2018, I was told that my financial aide will post to my account by Jan 2019 and I will be notified about a possible refund. It is now almost June, and I have yet to hear anything! I keep getting the runaround from the ADP Accounting department as well as another individual (I will leave her name anonymous, for now) and they take forever to respond via email, and when they do, they shift the blame on each other, still leaving me without answers. I can't speak to anyone via phone and no one else seems to be able to help. This school is very unprofessional and I hate that I wasted my time going to this school. They have already had one law suit because of this, and they're about to have another one! Do NOT go to this school! This is the worst HBCU!

I was a studentEducation
I was a student athlete majoring in Education. My professors were amazing and I learned so much. They helped me prepare for my PPR and other certification exams. I was also set up with a great mentor teacher, who I completed my teaching hours with at a local elementary.

So many issues with this campus.AverageBusiness - Management and Administration
So many issues with this campus. Staff is so complacent and unhelpful. They treat everyone like children and they we pay fees for things we barely have (I.e, technology, nursing fee, etc). One thing that students are very aware of is the embezzlement that is going on within the financial aid and the administration building.

ONCE you're fed up with conditions and try to transfer out, it is VERY HARD TO LEAVE. Graduation classes are so small and most freshmen leave within the first semester or year.

Staff/faculty withhold a lot of information and they make up rules are we go by. For example, they created a rule that if you transfer from

A community college with a degree, you are exempt from taking yor first two year courses. They do not tell us this and nor is it in the handbook.

The Business program is a joke. You're just oven a bunch of busy work but you never really ever learn anything.

Advisors have no idea what they're doing. So learn how to audit yourself or else you'll be stuck here another 1-2 semesters.

Professors constantly complain about their pay. So they don't care about the quality of teaching.
Be smart. Go somewhere else.
(I'm typing this on my phone so Pls excuse the grammatical errors)
