Major: Computer Science (This Major's Salary over time)
Spend time hammering out your own niche. Find a subject you're good at and specialise in a really strange area. Find friends in 5 different cliques rather than always hanging out with the same people. Take stuff either that you want to take or that other people really believe it is important for you to know, but not courses which fulfill a vague sense of personal responsibility without being impressive to yourself or anyone else. If you come here and just spend freshman year hanging out with your unit (freshman floor), sophomore year with your suite, etc., you'll have wasted your time.Above all else, be competitive. It'll be interesting and even fun for the people around you, as long as you're friendly about it. All of us are pretty lazy folks and tend to need external stimuli to do ANYTHING.
