SImmons college is a small women's college - yet do not think it fits the stereotype that comes with that category. THe professors are always willing to help, fellow students are a great resourse. IT truly feels like a community… a community where you wont get lost as just a number, and where you are pushed as far as you can go. THere isnt competition between students because it seems we are all here to succeed - if you want competition try an co-ed institution. You dont have to be affraid of what you look like or sound like to impress the hot guy next to you. However simmons is not a convent surrounding the college is BOSTON! - men are around everywhere and it is not hard to find testosterone counterparts. - THe dorms are crowded - dorms are dorms and the food may be cafeteria style but the idea of your college should be based on the classes you want -simmons has gone beyond to help with financial aide - i love this school -
