Salisbury can basically be defined in one word: "growing." The campus is growing very quickly. The number of students is growing and its academic "prestige" is also growing. Academically its not the hardest college in the nation, but then again its not a breeze. I"m a double major with psych. and soc. I found both majors to be fairly easy here. As of right now I have a 4.0 GPA. As for the social life, it is great if you love to drink a lot, but if not, it sucks. Basically every w/end (thursday through saturday) everyone goes out to multiple parties and gets wasted off their ass, in search for a piece of ass. If you would rather spend your w/ends talking with someone intellectually, don't come here. The social life consists of drinking motivated activities. I like to drink, which I have done a lot here, but sometimes I'd rather do something else and here that just does not happen. I'm actually considering transferring to another more "academically challenging" university, just so I can escape the batch of morons that go to this school to drink their college life away. If you are looking forward to have a good mix of academics and alcohol induced fun, then come to Salisbury. If you're trying to expand your self intellectually and have fun sometimes without alcohol, don't come to Salisbury.
