hamilton is a small school where you get to know nearly everyone on sight, but you can use this to your advantage if you get involved with extracurriculars, and if you get to know your professors. clinton (the surrounding town) blows, but there are parties around campus thursday through sunday if you know where to look. there are no residential greek societies, but frats and sororities are much bigger than they say in the literature. i used to think this was a bad thing, but it's really not, because everyone mingles, whether they are greek or not. there are lots of rich, preppy types, but they're generally nice people. tuition is high, but for the most part, it's worth it.
