Visit the campus. Try and speak with the students who have attended the University, however make your own decision. Try to get several opinions on the school. My experience was pretty much negative. I met some nice people, however I found that your either in a fraternity or sorority and really fake and shallow or your a radical religious fundamentalist looking to start your own cult. I met very few nice "normal" people. I found that in the end it all came down to was money and social status. My advice is to really research colleges. Don't buy into the propaganda pushed by the school. Go to the school that suits you best. Make the decision on your own and for yourself, not anyone else.
