Major: Philosophy (This Major's Salary over time)
Augsburg is very positive toward encouraging diversity amongst students but not among faculty who are mostly WASP males in the philosphy depart. Furthermore certain individuals in the philosophy faculty are arrogant and self absorbed and have been known to apply negative labels and have a tendency to prejudge people without getting to know them, which is antithetical to the open-mindedness a philospher is supposed to have. I think faculty at Augsburg and not only students should have diversity and anti-harassment training.
