I absolutely LOVED my time at Ohio University!!! It was the best four years anyone could have imagined because of the amazing experiences and friendships I came away with. I was challenged academically because I took courses I knew would be difficult. I was also in the School of Journalism and know I got a very good education. One of the places I interned at will only hire students from Ohio University because our communications knowledge is "far superior to most Ohio institutions." I also made sure to get involved in many different student and community organizations- which is something I recommend for all students. (GET INVOLVED!!!) Although OU is in the middle of nowhere, it is awesome because it is the TRUE college experience. I was quite the social butterfly and loved the bar scene-which compares to no other!!! Where else can you go from bar to bar and get drinks for under $2? I was also Greek and had an amazing time being part of a wonderful sisterhood! In addition the campus is gorgeous and the people are very cool! Everyone wants to have a good time which makes the campus very chill! I definitely recommend Ohio University to any potential students- if you want the full college experience; Athens is the place to be!!!!
