First thing's first, I noticed that some accountant guy said that this university is a "diploma mill," you need to do some research and pull your head out of your a**. They are regionally accredited by the north and central association of college"University of Phoenix is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the Master of Science in Nursing degree programs are accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission. The American Counseling Association accredits the Master of Counseling Program for the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs." Regional accrediation is recognized by the CHEA and the U.S. Department of Education, so do some research before you make slanderous comments. I have had a good experience at the school so far, as I am attending the northern virginia campus. It does cost a lot, and the classes do require a huge bulk of knowledge at once. After I get my B.S., I plan on attending George Mason to get my M.B.A, as I was recently accepted into the program, another reason why Mr. accountant's comments were uninformed. I would recommend the program to anyone with the GI bill, tuition reimbursment (as I have), or just plain alot of money, otherwise you are going to be paying alot of loans back.
