DeVry University is what you make of it. If you want to just go somewhere for a degree and stumble through with C average, you can do it at DeVry, as with almost any other university. However, if you are ready to learn, DeVry's professors are ready to help you be one of the best. I have always said that employer's should immediately hire any DeVry grad with an 'A' average GPA because those people are self-motivated professionals. On the other hand, employers should immediately dismiss applicants from DeVry whose average is in the 'C' range. Those students are usually unmotivated and will do no more than the minimum in any job.
