I
tranferred to Salisbury University from Lynchburg College in Va mainly
to continue my pre-med major and to obtain a degree
in respiratory therapy. Salisbury is in the top 5
in the country for this major. The faculty and
staff are helpful, supportive, and encouraging. I have had
so many wonderful experiances here at SU. I am
very active on campus, am in a sorority, and have
been doing research for the past 2 years. The
respiratory therapy department and the Henson school of science funded
me to attend the national convention for respiratory care in
Las Vegas this past December. College is all of
what you make of it. But with dorm life
and so many opportunites to meet people Salisbury is a
great social school. Yes the city of Salisbury is
not the most wonderful, but Ocean City is only 30
minutes away. Salisbury has helped shape me into the
confident, strong, intelligent woman I am today and I am
very thankful!!
