Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
Due to a budget crisis in Colorado, many of the faculty have not received raises. This in part is causing many faculty to leave for other job opportunities. With the appointment of the new president, Tim Foster, many changes are occurring. Student fees are rising, the deans positions have been cut, and we no longer have seperate "schools". Student standards for entrance have been lowered which has led to an influx of lesser qualified students and an unexpected need for more sections of remedial classes. To top it all of, we have to purchase our own scantrons to take our tests. The whole existence of higher education is uncertain here in Colorado unless the state starts to allocate more funding for our institutions.
