Williams is a highly-rated, and highly overrated, school. There are many good professors, but some are not so great (although most are friendly and approachable regardless of teaching ability). The students here are not overly friendly and most are politically apathetic. Varsity sports pretty much control the social life, so if you're not a member, good luck. There is nothing to do off-campus, so all parties take place on campus. The all-campus parties are pretty much the same every weekend and grow boring after freshman year. The administration values student opinion very little when making decisions that affect student life, such as the recent "debate" on drastically changing the housing system, which most students oppose.
