I did not at all want to go to Radford University. I've always thought of myself as a fairly bright young woman, and all through high school I was determined to get into Tech. I was wait listed, then denied. Since my brother attended Radford University, I decided to just go to RU for a year and then transfer. After a year, I fell in love with this place! I met so many great people and as far as education goes, let's just say it hasn't been an easy ride! People can call RU a "party school" if they want, but as far as I'm concerned, every college and university is a party school. RU has prepared me in almost every way possible for the real world.
