The school is extrmemly over priced. the concept is great, real life experience and they do try very hard, but fall a little short of their goal. The international aspect is great, you meet great people (friends and faculty) from all over the world. However, for a culinary school the food is not that great and once again the meal plan is over priced. Financial aid workerds are incompetent, stay on top of your finanacial aid, and remain loyal to one advisor, i know first hand, they will bounce you from advisor to advisor and your aid will get screwed up. Do take advantage of all the school has to offer. regardless of how lame it may seem. it will pay off, the school can only take you so far, its up to you to work the rest of the way.
