Major: Finance (This Major's Salary over time)
The Goods: Great Faculty, Small Classes, you can have a very close relationship with professors where they actually call you by name, good weather (can get extremely humid as summer approaches), excellent student body diversity, great athletic teams, beautiful campus. The bads: Its not cool to be too smart, or accepted to feel passionate about your major, mediocre student selection (more interviews and less grade screening, high grades doesn’t make you smart nor an interesting individual). OVERPRIECED, you can get similar education in cheaper schools with same or better reputation. Conclusion: The new president is doing great things to make the University of Miami one of the top in the nation, It's and uphill battle but she's on the right track. Although ff I had to do it again, I would have gone to a different school in a different city. Miami is not a good place to be a student, if you are not into clubbing you will not have a social life. Would have gone somewhere in the northeast like Boston.
