Messiah College

Alot of the kids here are very judgemental. It is a very conservative christian school with visiting hours for guys and girls only 4 days of the week. There is also a required 24 chapels you must appear at or your stuck doing busy work in the library for hours to gain back chapel credits. I thought that the visiting hours her wouldnt really bother me, but it really gets to you. To meet a someone of the opposite sex in the winter you both got to walk outside or stand in the hallway. Their is a commons place but you cant really watch a movie or get anything accomplished. The school doesnt have have a curfew but when its guys and girls in a room, the door has to be open atleast a foot and have a light on. I thought when your an adult you can decided to do what you what. I hear this isnt a really harsh school when it comes to rules, but i cant handle it. Save your time and find a college that will treat everyone more as adults.

This may sound odd but if you drink, smoke, or have had sex before once in your life here at Messiah, close to 75% of the class will judge you and look at you in a different way. Good try finding a girl here that is down to earth and forgiving. Its very hard but you can get lucky and find those 5 girls here.

Apply to alot of schools and best of luck. If you came from and ubran or suburban area, your life will be horrible. They're is no city life, harrisburg closes at 8 almsot every night and there is nothing intersting near hear besides Hershey which is closed 75% of the time your here.
