Date: Nov 28 2005 Major: Religion/Religious (This Major's Salary over time) Valley Forge Christian College did not properly prepare me for ministry. College taught me how to be a hypocrit, how to be deceptive and how to survive all the religious bull shit. I would not recommend VFCC to anyone. It didn't teach the practical hands on ministry. It taught theology, "morals", and how to guilt people into God's kingdom. When I was a student many of the girls were busy getting knocked up in the park on the back side of campus and having abortions…the campus didn't want to acknowledge the problem and denyed it's existence. The worship leader for morning chapels was a weekend closet drunk and the staff judged the outward appearance and not the heart. If you are really looking to be in ministry get into the word of God, hear God and be obedient. You don't need Bible College to serve God. Bible College is a waste of time and money and energy. God doesn't care if you have a degree to hang on your wall. He does care about your relationship with him and your willingness to allow him to make all the final decissions for your life.
