BYU was great. They make a real effort to get every one the research experience needed to get them into good jobs or great graduate programs. The education quality is excellent. Also, in general, everyone is nice and helpful. As far a diversity goes, it's more white-heavy, but those who are minorities seem to fit in great and to have more freinds than your average white kid.
