Major: Urban Planning (This Major's Salary over time)
The urban studies (planning) program failed to provide sufficient coursework to prepare students for the field of city/regional planning. In addition, the faculty lack "real world" experience in the field fo city/regional planning. Finally, the coursework in Land Use Planning and the Environmental Quality Act were extremely weak, which isn't good for a planning program.
