Major: History/Histories (art history/etc.) (This Major's Salary over time)
Worked and went to school. SFSU is something of a commuter campus. I lived on campus first couple of years. First couple of years I floundered in the computer science department. Really difficult, not much help, not very good English speakers. Average age of student is 27 with many older, with more life experience. Ran out of money, but came back 4 years later. Reentry experience was excellent. Then journalism, very good program, but ultimately not right program for me. Very good for others, though. Ended up spending best two years of my life immersed in Humanities major. Got great coaching by from department, staff, and campus.
