The University of Dayton is a place where you will develop lifelong friendships. The people you will meet will all be down to Earth, friendly people looking to talk to you. The campus is beautiful, especially during the winter. The "ghetto" is one of the best parts of the university. You can always find something to do on campus if you don't like to drink (because Dayton is one of the biggest party schools in the country).
