Keep an open-mind! People say the campus looks dreary but it can be really beautiful especially the fountains, and they seem to work hard in maintaining that. As for people, I found them to be really friendly but I guess that all depends on who you meet. Just don't give into peer pressure, be yourself! The thing I really like about Albany is that I can impress for those people who want to have fun and those who are serious types. I can tell those people who want to have fun, like my friends, its the number one party school but i can tell those serious people that I want respect from, like my parents and teachers, that they are notable school for my major and the career prospects from coming out of that school is high.
