Major: Computer Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
Do not waste your time taking the computer / electronics class there. The place can hardly be considered a school. Some of the teachers there are hardly even qualified in my opinion. Even when you finally do get some hands on work you will be looking at some computers that are over 10-15 years old. After you graduate the chances of you landing a good full time job are very slim. You will receive some help finding a new job after going to the school. The problem is that after taking the classes there your barely qualified for an entry level position that's willing to pay you $11-13/h. Before you take the classes there they assure you that the average starting pay is much higher. Sure you might get a small entry level job for a large company IF your very lucky. Chances are that you will have to go back to a real school if you have any hope of advancing. In most cases you will find yourself going to very small businesses for work. It's bad enough that the school is not in any way that cheap for the subpar education that you get from it. Some of the jobs they refer you to only asked that you need a HS degree.
