Major: Music Education (This Major's Salary over time)
I wholeheartedly agree with a comment I found in the "recently added" block. I am a music major here happy to be transferring to Penn State. The music program here, while still being top notch in my opinion, does so by being intensive to the student. While for some students, this may be necessary, to me I need a laid back program where I am given time to reflect upon the concepts instilled in the classroom. I guarantee that if (and that's quite an if) you graduate with a music degree from WCU, you will be an excellent musician. However, chances actually favor you not graduating. If you are not a music major, I would highly recommend this school. It is a beautiful campus in a beautiful town, with plenty of sociable people and great activities. Most students with whom I am friends manage to schedule themselves at least one day if not two during the week that they will have no classes. Overall, I enjoy it here, but for me, the music program is just too intensive.
