I have one small question. i'm going to LSU next year from San Antonio. Someone told me that the parties are really segregated. that black people have their own party and white people have their own. now i'm getting nervous cause i come from a predominately white area where all my friends are white, i mean i have a couple black friends but i don't hang out with the ghetto crowd i'm known to people from my school as the light skinned preppy black girl. so is it really like this?? is there not at least a couple mixed parties?? thank you sooo much for reading this!! |
Major: PreMed and Medical (This Major's Salary over time)
Many people go into LSU with half of their graduating class beside them, so for someone out of state, like me its a little intimidating at first. People either never leave their high school clique or they make entirely new friends. For the most part everyone is friendly and welcoming, even if you're the only one who doesn't get some old inside joke.
