Major: Sociology (This Major's Salary over time)
Honestly, do not come to SUNY Purchase if you are not in the arts and getting into a conservatory. The campus itself is disgusting. On the outside everything is very dull and a lot of things look poorly maintained. On the inside things are old and many desks are written on. There are NO CUSTODIANS, using bathrooms in buildings is the most disgusting experience you'll have here. They're filty. The students are all a bit stand off-ish, they all think they are too artsy for their own good. Finally, this is not an academic breeding ground. I've found that you really don't have to be THAT smart or work THAT hard to get in here and certainly to stay in here. I feel decently challanged as a DOUBLE major who does ALL their work. Just choose another school.
