Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
If you plan to commute to Carroll, think again. Parking is tight and campus safety isn't leanient when it comes to giving out tickets. That is annoying. In certain spots, even with a handicap parking card, the people will give you a ticket. As far as students, some can be snooty and others can be friendly. It all depends what department you're in. The people in theater are extremely friendly. There are also many crabby, overworked nursing students so don't expect friendly campus workers. Then again, the nursing program is intense and good. I have respect for the nursing students but I wish they'd be more friendly. Also, there are a lot of physical education, and physical therapy majors. Basically anyone who you would have considered a jock in high school is here. You just have to decide whether that's good or bad. The campus is beautiful and there's a cool coffee shop connected to the library where a lot of people hang out and do homework. Let me just say if you do go here, don't sign up for any classes in the building by the name of Pioneer Hall. It's about block off campus but in the winter you will hate the walk. It becomes extremely cold here so if you're from a southern state, beware.
