IF YOUR FROM OUT OF STATE… PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD STAY AWAY FROM BSU!This is an extremely commuter oriented campus. This campus is completely dead after 7 o'clock and many people here are from the Boise area and are pretty much here for 13th grade with all there friends from high school. The social scene is very cliquish and hard to break into. As a very social person I find this very irritating. It seems that more students go here to get into the football games then to actually seek any form of education at all and really have very little interest in being in school. On weekends everybody leaves campus and there is little to nothing happening on the campus it selfs. The faculty are pretty decent but due to the large classes hard to get ahold of. Many people in the classes are much older and are returning to college for the second time… which can be a bit bizarre and that much harder to get into the social scene. The city itself is a nice town, but this school is a dud.
