i love montevallo…i wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. it's peaceful and still only 30 mins from the city. the art dept is great and the faculty is more than willing to help you in any way. there isn't anything to do, but that is why you go into birmingham(don't mix business with pleasure). its a great school and a great town and i recommend it to anyone who like to live in peace. the size of campus is hard to get used to, and everyone knows everyone. so just stay aware of that fact.
