Rutgers is what you make of it. If you don't have a good head on your shoulders you can get lost in the distractions, and there are a lot. It can be a stressful environment at times, especially finals time when people are neurotic. Its usually girls with bad reputations, "frat guys" and people who visit on the weekends then go back (who don't have to deal with everything that goes on) that give Rutgers the reputation that it has.
