Vassar Drama is vastly overrated.

If all you want to do is academic theater, or never REALLY perform at a professional level, then by all means go there.

The professors have no idea what the "real world" is like and even squelch the ambitions of those students who wish to do anything else but "downtown theater" or be professors.

I spent many years unlearning what I learned at this hole of a school and regret that I went there
