The most important part of this review is right here in the first two sentances. DONT COME HERE! I was looking at this very forum last year at allt he negativity and i was like hey ya know maybe theres just a few haters…NO, this school is god awful! each and every one of these comments is true through and through. The school is a rip off. 34k for what? FOR WHAT? our facilities are garbage, our food service is garbage!..LITERALLY! people get sick from eating it, our sports teams are mediocre to dismal. I came here for the aviation progam because they were affiliated with Delta airlines, only to find out when i got here that delta sold there sponsorship to someone else and now the aviation program is worthless. everyone is clueless to anything that is going on around here…and guys, i havent even gotten started on the social scene yet. i could write a book of reasons to NOT come here. one positive of this university is that you get to know your teachers because class sizes are small(i wonder why) the nightlife in jax is nothing to brag about. same clubs, same people, same boringness after the first month. the beach is nice along with the river front down in the city. but unless you have a car and are atleast 21, please dont even give JU the 40$ in application fee that the require. its not worth it! im trying to save you! DONT COME HERE!…YES…IT IS THIS BAD!
