I really enjoy attending this school. However if you are wanting to attend a massive university with great sports or something like that out of American Pie, your out of luck (Same with most colleges). As far as academics go the classes generally require a lot of work and have guidlines which are more or less strict but definetly reasonable. it just depends on the level of the course you are taking. The teachers are approachable but some of them seem like it doesn't matter what you say to them, they know everything.

As far as the social life is concerned it is fun if you decide to go Greek because there are enough fraternities and sororities to give everyone a place to fit in. Basically the Greek life is full of fun, normal people however there are a few obnoxious jerks that no one likes in every fraternity. If you don't go Greek you are not an outcast or anything but if you want to go to parties ;you have to wait until 12:00 to attend. In all honesty the socially dominant people generally go Greek, the nerds and weirdos do not, and there is a pretty even split between normal everyday folks.

As far as the town is concerned, if you are the least bit country you will get along fine. The people who do have problems with the town are generally, for whatever reason, rich people who don't go Greek
