Cortland is a beautiful school filled with lots of interesting/outgoing people. Obviously there's also some arrogant/close-minded people also, but there are people like that everywhere. I would say all of my professors so far have been very intelligent and caring aside from maybe 1 or 2.There is lots of things to do, lots of clubs, rec sports, and sporting events. The school spirit is great. If you don't drink, it's fine. There are plenty of people that don't drink and stay in and hang out on weekends. If you DO drink, that's also fine, because generally the student body here is an exciting one and very willing to go out and have a fun time. The campus is absolutely beautiful in the fall and spring time. Lots of trees, flowers, and the campus just seems to sparkle when the evening sun hits it from a certain angle.Cortland may seem like an iffy school at first, but after a little bit, I was easily able to call it home. I love it here.
